At Primrose Jewellery, we want you to love your new pieces; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable unless faulty.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the jewellery in its original Primrose gift box and secure it within a padded mailing envelope to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
